The Lift Systems Inc Hydraulic 4 Ram Hydraulic Gantry Lifting System, model 44A, represents industrial lifting equipment of American manufacture. First produced in 1994, this gantry system was constructed by Lift Systems Inc of the United States and has accumulated very low working hours over its operational life. The unit underwent a comprehensive refurbishment in 2018, ensuring continued reliability for demanding lifting operations. With a maximum lifting capacity of 400 US tons (360 tonnes) and a maximum lift height of 8 metres, the model 44A is designed for substantial industrial lifting applications. The system incorporates four hydraulic lifting rams, each contributing to the distributed lifting capability essential for handling heavy loads with precision. Two electric driven hydraulic power pack units provide the necessary pressure and flow to operate the rams, while two 8-metre cross beams form the primary structural framework of the gantry.
